For Oak Cliff Film Festival’s 11th annual gathering (and the third time Nick and I creative-directed the festival creative) we wanted to celebrate OCFF as a breath of friendship and filmship. So, we created a somewhat surreal, and entirely joyful parallel Oak Cliff, Texas and its four main characters: 
THE CINEMA SUPERFRIENDS 
These four homies added a fun, familial presence to the festival and helped generate buzz in the weeks leading up to it.
Working with a crack creative team of friends and family, we brought The Cinema Superfriends' backstories to life in films set in and around a slightly odder, but entirely authentic Jefferson Ave (the Main Avenue of Oak Cliff, Texas). 
Each film featured one of the Superfriends and their unique journey to Oak Cliff Film Festival
The biopics culminated in a final bumper that brought them all together at The Oak Cliff Film Festival.
The Cinema Superfriends even collaborated with the presenting sponsor, Crazy Water, to bring their graphic design forms to life.
